Spirits In Stone takes pride in workmanship and places great emphasis on providing quality jewelry. We guarantee our jewelry for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We will be happy to repair your item free of charge during that period of time (excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges incurred by sending the item to Spirits In Stone and having it returned to you).
Please be sure to ship the item in appropriately protective packaging and to have it insured for the full value. Your repaired item will be shipped upon collection for the return shipping costs.
Please note that Spirits In Stone maintains the right to refuse free reparations for items it deems to have been damaged as a result of mishandling or inappropriate use. If the damage is due to regular use or defective workmanship, Spirits In Stone will gladly fix or replace the item at our own discretion. Spirits In Stone's guarantee does not cover any chain repairs, but quality control testing will be performed on the links and clasp prior to shipping to ensure their quality.
